Accessing the Payroll Portal

 

The Payroll Portal is the access portal to employee earnings information. You can view and print your payroll information online - including your paycheck stubs, W-2’s, personal information, accruals, deductions…etc. 

 

TO ACCESS THE PAYROLL PORTAL:

  1. Go to www.powderplace.online

  2. Login to the employee section with your username and password.

  3. Click “Payroll Portal” button (top left of page).

  4. You must first create an account prior to your first login:

    1. From the Company drop down, select PowderMonarch LLC

    2. Then click on Create New User to bring up the next screen.

  5. Enter the following:

    1. Username: enter a username of your choice (make it easy for you to remember)

    2. Employee ID:  enter your Timeforce user ID 

    3. PIN:  this 4-digit PIN has or will be emailed to you by HR/Payroll once all your hiring paperwork has been processed.  If you have forgotten or do not have an e-mail, stop in the HR office, e-mail payroll@skimonarch or call 719.530.5021

    4. New Password: enter a password of your choice and remember it.  (Password must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character). 

    5. Confirm Password: same as New Password

    6. Last 4 SSN: this is the last 4 digits of your social security number.

    7. Zip Code: this is the zip code of the address we have on file for you.

 

After you have created a user, future logins will only require you to select PowderMonarch LLC for Company, and your username and password. 

On the Payroll Portal page, place the cursor over the Employee box at the upper left, and select from the options. If you have any questions or problems regarding the Payroll Portal, contact HR/Payroll Accounting department x5021.
